Game as Ned
Tim Pegler

Game as Ned is an inspiring story that transforms a teenage boy's insecurities into total confidence.
Ned (Nicholas Edwards), is as an awkward autistic boy who shies under the radar. He doesn't speak to anyone and doesn't ask questions.
Ned seeks comfort in his guardian Grandpa who can only see the goodness and decency in his mute grandson.
Ned doesn't fit in at school. While he doesn't cause trouble, doesn't provoke other children and doesn't communicate, he is constantly targeted by the biggest bullies.
Through the heroic and exhilarating tales of Ned Kelly and bushrangers alike,
Ned finds a way of escaping the hustle and bustle of the school yard as well as safety and strategy while on the run.
In a parallel story, Erin a sixteen year old trouble-magnet tries to make a fresh start in a new town only to discover that being a complete individual is not as easy as first thought.
Game as Ned will uncover the reality of troubled teenagers and push the boundaries of the unimaginable. It is an easy read with descriptive language that will have you second guessing your experiences and those of the ones around you.
