I only exfoliate about once every three days. I don't think you don't want to do it too many times as it will decrease the chance your skin has to naturally rebuild the cells and tissues. I also use a mineral makeup to help my skin heal as needed.

you need to exfoliate 2-3 times per week. Really important to shift those dead cells skin off the face and exfoliating is the best way to do that. If you don't exfoliate, those cells stay on the surface, mix with the oil on your face and then clog your pores and ---- pimples!!!
